Recently, we sold the childhood home that we had owned for over 40 years. You can imagine this was an emotional rollercoaster. We could only have done this with Sam. His analysis of our home and the comps was thorough and knowledgeable. One of his main skills is setting the right price for the property. He helped us look at our house through the eyes of potential buyers, and I believe we set the best price possible. Sam guided us through the whole process and made it as easy as possible.
