As a first time homebuyer, I needed someone like Karen to help me navigate through the process. Not only is she very knowledgeable about the area’s real estate market, but due to her property managing background, she’s able to offer invaluable insight into how to best utilize a space and who to call/how to fix things. What I appreciate most about her is her honesty. I would not hesitate to ask Karen to help me buy/sell property again in the future.
