I had a great experience working with Werner. He knows the area well and gave me honest appraisals of the property. He also had a very good sense of my aesthetic preferences. He helped me to buy a condo which I absolutely love and assisted me in securing a decent mortgage and finding a good attorney for the settlement. Because Werner is both easygoing and responsive, the process of purchasing a condo was much easier (and quicker) than I expected. I highly recommend working with him.
